A little about me and this website...


This website started as a way to showcase my professional self in a more compelling and visual way than the typical Linked In profile. But it's started to evolve, and is just as much about the hobby side of me which includes healthy cooking, reading and nature.


I’m a good cook who participated in a chef immersion program at the Culinary Institute of America so I know a little about a kitchen. From time to time I’ll publish recipes on this website and show that healthy food can be very delicious.  I’m a voracious reader, particularly with books on health and wellness and if there is one book I would recommend for the masses it is:  “8 Weeks to Optimum Health” by Dr. Andrew Weil, M.D., his work was transformative in my life and I practice his philosophy daily.
